I absolutely love my yoga jellies. My jellies make any pose the requires me to be on my knees, elbows or wrists for a while much more comfortable. I can hold those poses far longer then without my jellies. To me they are well worth the price.

I also use the jellies under my head or forehead when I’m on my belly or back to keep my spine in line. Today I used the jellies under my hips to assist in keeping a pelvic tilt during some leg lifts and hovers. I have no lower back pain this afternoon. Yoga Jellies are an excellent product!
